Quick Guide

The VS Sassoon Blowout Bestie is a hot air brush designed to dry, shape, and add volume to hair. Important Safety Note: Never use this appliance near water (bathtubs, showers, basins). Always unplug after use. If the device falls into water, unplug it immediately and do not reach into the water. Do not use on heavily bleached or chemically treated hair without using the low heat setting.

Product Overview

The device features a 55mm oval-shaped barrel with detangling bristles, 700 watts of styling power, and a swivel power cord. It includes two heat settings plus a cool setting to set your style.

Operating Instructions

Preparation: Wash, condition, and towel dry your hair. Ensure it is slightly damp, combed through, and tangle-free. Remove all packaging and the plastic cover from the plug.

Styling Process:

• Divide hair into 3cm - 5cm wide sections.
• Twist the switch to the appropriate heat setting: High (II) for medium to thick hair, Low (I) for delicate/fine/bleached hair, or Cool for setting the style.
• Wrap & Release: Place the brush at the ends, roll up to the roots, wait 10-20 seconds, then slowly wind downward.
• Blow-out Boost: Place the brush near the root, brush away from the head while rotating for volume. Hold for about 10 seconds per section.
• For longer-lasting results, use the cool setting for a few seconds after heating each section.

Styling Tips

• Straight: Divide hair into sections and slowly glide the brush from top to bottom, curling under to smooth the cuticle.
• Volume: Loosely wrap sections around the brush. For more bounce, wrap tightly and hold longer.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Blocked air intake vents cause overheating. The rear filter should be checked and cleaned regularly using a soft brush to remove hair and debris. If the device overheats and shuts off, unplug it and allow it to cool for 15 minutes before restarting.
