Important: Always place the unit upright on a flat, level surface for 24 hours before first use to ensure the compressor functions correctly. The unit does not require pre-freezing of the bowl as it features a built-in compressor.

Touch controls and operation modes

Making ice cream

Cleaning and sanitizing
The batch bowl, paddle, and lid must be cleaned and sanitized before initial use and after each use. Caution: Always unplug the unit before cleaning.
- Wash: Use low-foaming powdered detergents. Hand-wash the batch bowl. The lid and paddle can be washed by hand or in a commercial dishwasher.
- Sanitize: Use a solution of regular, unscented bleach diluted with water (e.g., 3 teaspoons of 5.25% bleach per gallon of water). Wipe down parts, or fill the bowl with sanitizing solution and run in MIXING ONLY mode for 2 minutes.
- Housing: Wipe the exterior housing and freezing chamber with a damp cloth or sponge dampened with sanitizing solution. Do not immerse the housing in water or cleaning solution.
