This stick mixer is designed for blending, chopping, whisking, and mashing. Before first use, ensure all accessories are washed with hot water and mild detergent. Always unplug the unit before attaching or removing accessories. Keep hands, hair, and utensils away from the blades during operation. Do not blend hot liquids.

Product Description
The stick mixer features a variable speed control dial, a pressure-operated on/off button, and a turbo speed button. It includes a blender blade attachment, a chopping bowl with an 'S' blade, a whisk attachment with a holster, a potato masher attachment, and a beaker.

Installation and Setup
Carefully unpack the stick mixer and remove all packaging. Wash the accessories, chopper attachments, and beaker before the first use. Do not remove any warning labels from the unit. Ensure the stick mixer body, mains cord, and plug are never immersed in water or any other liquid.

Operating Instructions
1. Ensure the unit is unplugged from the wall power outlet.2. Insert the required attachment into the stick mixer body until it locks.3. Plug the power cord into the power outlet and switch on.4. Set the speed to 1 using the variable speed dial on the top of the unit. It is recommended to start at this speed and increase as needed.5. Press the on/off or turbo button to start the mixer.6. After use, unplug the unit and press the easy release buttons on either side of the body to remove the attachment.
Using Accessories
Blender Blade: Ideal for dips, sauces, soups, mayonnaise, and baby food. Use in a vertical up-and-down motion.
Chopper: Suitable for firm foods like diced meat, cheese, onions, herbs, garlic, carrots, walnuts, and almonds. Do not chop extremely hard foods like ice cubes, coffee beans, or grains. Ensure the 'S' blade is placed on the center locator pin before adding food.
Whisk: Designed for whipping cream, beating egg whites, and mixing sponges. Not suitable for dense foods like dough.
Potato Masher: Designed for fast processing of lump-free light potato mash. Ensure potatoes are cooked and soft before mashing. Do not use the turbo function with this attachment.
Chopping Guide
For the chopper attachment, adhere to the following maximum capacities and times: Meat (25cm cubes): 250g (15 sec); Herbs: 50g (10 sec); Nuts/Almonds: 150g (15 sec); Cheese (25cm cubes): 100g (10 sec); Bread: 80g (10 sec); Onions (chopped into 1/4): 200g (10 sec); Biscuits: 150g (10 sec); Soft Fruit: 200g (10 sec).
Cleaning and Care
Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents. Wipe the outside surface with a soft, damp cloth. Soaking accessories in water can help remove stubborn substances. Non-abrasive cloths and plastic bristle brushes may be used. Ensure all parts are dried thoroughly before storing in the accessory base.
Troubleshooting
If the stick mixer fails to operate, check that it is plugged in correctly and check your home circuit breaker. If the chopper blade is not turning, reduce the quantity of food. If the motor slows down, reduce the food quantity or check the speed level. If the potato masher blade won't remove, ensure it is turned clockwise.

Check if the unit is plugged in correctly and securely. Check for a blown or tripped circuit breaker in your home.
There may be too much food in the chopper bowl. Reduce the quantity of food and try again.
Foods may be too dense or there is too much food in the bowl/beaker. Reduce the quantity and check that the speed level is appropriate.
Ensure the blade is turned in a clockwise direction for removal.
The chopping blade gear may be misaligned. Rotate the chopping blade and retry fitting the lid.
