The WMF Lono Fondue is designed for preparing fondue with oil or broth. Always ensure the fill level is between the MIN (0.8L) and MAX (1.2L) markings. Preheat the oil or broth for approximately 20 minutes before adding ingredients. The appliance features a temperature control knob with an LED ring that indicates heating status (red) and ready status (white).

Important safety information
- This appliance is for indoor household use only.
- Do not use an external timer or remote control.
- Keep the appliance and cord out of reach of children under 8 years.
- Fire Hazard: Be extremely careful when using hot oil or fat. Never add water to hot or burning oil. If flames occur, cover the pot with the lid to extinguish them.
- Do not move the appliance while the heating base is hot or the pot contains hot contents.
- If the heating base surface is cracked, switch off the appliance immediately to avoid electric shock.
Setup and connection
- Remove all packaging materials.
- Clean the appliance before first use.
- Place the appliance on a stable, level, heat-resistant, and grease-resistant surface.
- Connect to a properly installed earthed wall socket.
Starting up the appliance

- Fill the pot with the desired amount of oil or broth (between 0.8L and 1.2L).
- Place the pot on the heating base and attach the splash guard ring with fork holders.
- Turn the temperature control knob to the highest level. The LED ring will glow red while heating.
- Once the set temperature is reached, the LED ring will glow white.
- To cook, insert the fork into the holder on the lid, starting with the thin part of the handle, and let it slide down until it stops.
- After use, turn the temperature knob to the off position and unplug the appliance.
Cleaning and care
Always unplug the appliance and let it cool down completely before cleaning. Do not immerse the heating base or power cord in liquids. The stainless steel pot can be cleaned in hot soapy water or in the dishwasher. Clean the lid and forks in warm soapy water. Dry all parts thoroughly.
