Before using the rice cooker for the first time, it is recommended to run the rice mode with water for 2 or 3 cycles to eliminate any unpleasant odors. Ensure the device is placed on a stable, dry surface at least 30 cm away from walls and furniture to prevent heat damage.

The rice cooker consists of the main unit, a detachable inner lid, and an inner pot. Key components include the top and bottom temperature sensors, a steam valve, and a lid release button. How to Use
Start Cooking:
- Press the lid release button to open the upper lid.
- Add rice and water according to the desired ratio (e.g., 2 cups of rice to the number 2 water line). Do not exceed the water line to prevent overflowing.
- Connect the power cord and press the Select button to choose your desired cooking mode.
- Press the Start button to begin the cooking process.
Scheduling: After selecting a mode, press the Timer button to set the time needed from the present to the completion of cooking. The timer counts down to the completion time, not the start time.

Care & Maintenance
Disassembling the Inner Lid:


- Push the inner lid latch upwards until the lid pops out.
- Hold the lid with both hands and remove it.
- Pinch the steam valve and pull it out to clean.
Assembling the Inner Lid:
- Align the steam valve with the steam vent and press into place.
- Insert the inner lid clip into the slot and gently push the lid into place.
- Fasten the lid with the upper latch.
Clean the inner lid and steam valve after every use. Do not use steel wool or hard objects to clean the inner pot.
Troubleshooting & Error Codes
If the rice cooker displays an error code, contact after-sales service:
- E-09: The top sensor is damaged.
- E-10: The bottom sensor is damaged.
For common issues like rice being undercooked or overflowing, ensure the rice/water ratio is correct and that the inner lid is properly installed. If the rice has a peculiar smell, ensure the keep-warm time does not exceed 12 hours.
