Diffuser is leaking

Unplug the unit immediately, pour out remaining water, shake gently to drain internal water, and let it dry for more than 24 hours.

Not misting enough

The device is designed for optimal humidity levels for breathing; it is not intended to produce maximum visible spray.

Before use

  • Check inside the water tank for the AC power adapter.
  • Ensure the diffuser is placed on a flat, stable surface.
  • Do not fill water above the marked max line.
  • Use only pure natural essential oils.
