This document provides technical specifications and installation instructions for the Avide Mini LED strip controller with motion sensor. The device is designed to automatically switch on single-color LED strips upon detecting motion and switch them off after a set period. It is compatible with 12V and 24V systems and requires soldering for all electrical connections.
Product Description
The controller is designed to be installed between the power supply and the LED strip. It features an integrated motion sensor and a potentiometer that allows the user to adjust the switch-off delay time between 6 and 70 seconds.

Installation and Wiring
All connections must be made via soldering. Ensure all wires are properly insulated after connection.

- Power Supply Connection: Connect the red wire to the V+ terminal and the black wire to the V- terminal on the controller input side.
- LED Strip Connection: Connect the red wire to the LED+ terminal and the black wire to the LED- terminal on the controller output side.
Settings and Operation
The controller is compatible with both 12V and 24V systems. Important: Ensure that the voltage of the LED strip matches the voltage of the power supply (e.g., use a 12V power supply with a 12V LED strip, or a 24V power supply with a 24V LED strip). The switch-off delay time can be adjusted using the onboard potentiometer.

Common problems
Verify that the power supply voltage matches the LED strip voltage (12V or 24V) and check that all soldered connections are secure and correctly polarized.
Adjust the potentiometer on the device to decrease the switch-off delay time (range 6-70 seconds) or ensure there is no continuous motion detected.
Before use
- Confirm the LED strip is a single-color type.
- Ensure the power supply voltage (12V or 24V) matches the LED strip voltage.
- Prepare soldering equipment for all electrical connections.
- Verify the installation environment is within the -20 to +40 °C temperature range.
Images and diagrams
- The wiring diagram shows the power supply connected to the controller input (V+/V-) and the LED strip connected to the controller output (LED+/LED-).
- All connections are indicated as requiring soldering.
Model compatibility
- Compatible only with single-color LED strips.
- Requires matching voltage between power supply and LED strip.
