The Baseus Airpow Air is a portable power bank designed for fast charging multiple devices simultaneously. It features two built-in cables (USB-C and Lightning) and additional ports, allowing you to charge up to four devices at once. This is normal. The internal 3.7V battery is boosted to 5V for output, and energy is lost during the conversion process. The rated capacity of 5800mAh reflects the actual usable capacity at 5V.

- Ensure the power bank is fully charged before first use.
