Control Menu
The device features an integrated control menu for system configuration. Key settings include:
- Address: Set the DMX address (A000-Axxx).
- Workmode: Select operation modes such as DMX Ctrl, Auto Run, Sound Ctrl, Scene Mode, or Master/Slave configuration.
- Display: Adjust screen settings including screensaver, screen rotation, DMX indicator behavior, and touch screen calibration.
- Sence: Configure scene settings, including pan/tilt positioning, speed, and frost effects.
- Advanced: Access advanced settings like pan/tilt inversion, offset correction, data hold, and lamp ignition control.
- Status: View device status, including stepper info, error logging, and usage time.
DMX Channel Configuration
The Tiger 18R supports two DMX channel modes (26 Channel and 23 Channel). The manual provides detailed tables for channel functions, including:
- Movement: Pan, Tilt, and Pan/Tilt Speed.
- Effects: Frost, Dimmer, Strobe, and Prism effects.
- Color: Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow wheels, plus static color selection.

Common problems
Ensure 'Touch Enable' is set to 'On' in the Display menu. If issues persist, use 'Touch Rectify' to calibrate.
Check the 'Data hold' setting in the Advanced menu to ensure the unit maintains the last state when the signal is lost.
Use 'Pan Invert' or 'Tilt Invert' in the Advanced menu to correct orientation. Use 'Pan Offset' or 'Tilt Offset' for manual correction.

- Set the correct DMX address in the Address menu.
