The Behringer HD300 is a high-quality distortion pedal designed for hard rock and heavy metal sounds. It features a tube-like distortion effect with sustain. The pedal does not have an on/off switch; it activates automatically when a cable is inserted into the IN connector. To preserve battery life, always unplug the instrument cable when the pedal is not in use.
Controls

Power Supply and Battery
The pedal can be powered by a 9 V battery or an external 9 V power supply (not included). To install or replace the battery, press the hinges on the pedal cover with a ballpoint pen and remove the cover. Be careful not to scratch the unit. The DC IN connector is located on the side of the pedal for use with a 9 V power adapter.
