Getting to know your air fryer
The air fryer features two main controls on the top:

- Temperature Control Dial: Adjusts cooking temperature from 175°F to 400°F.
- 60 Minute Timer Dial: Sets the cooking time. The unit will automatically turn off when the timer reaches 0.
Before using for the first time

- Remove all packaging materials and labels from inside and outside the unit.
- Wash the frying basket and crisping tray in hot, soapy water.
- Wipe the air fryer body with a damp cloth.
- Ensure the 4 rubber tips are in place on the sides of the crisping tray to ensure it fits snugly.
Operating instructions
Follow these steps for optimal cooking results:
- Place food into the frying basket. Do not overfill; never fill more than 2/3 full.
- Insert the assembled frying basket drawer into the air fryer body. Ensure it is fully closed.
- Set the desired temperature and time. If the unit is cold, add 3 minutes to the cooking time for preheating.
- Important: To ensure even cooking, open the basket drawer halfway through the cooking time to shake or turn the food. The unit will pause heating when the drawer is opened and resume when replaced.
- When cooking is complete, a beep will sound, and the unit will turn off.
- Always use oven mitts when handling the hot basket and drawer.
Cleaning and maintenance
Allow the air fryer to cool completely before cleaning.
- The frying basket and crisping tray are dishwasher-safe (top rack recommended).
- Do not use metal utensils or abrasive cleansers, as these can damage the non-stick coating.
- Wipe the exterior of the air fryer body with a soft, non-abrasive damp cloth.
Helpful hints
- Pat food dry before cooking to encourage browning and reduce smoke.
- For high-fat foods like chicken wings or sausages, it may be necessary to empty fat from the basket between batches.
- Use oil sprays for even distribution and better crisping results.
