The Bella Pro Series 12.6QT Air Fryer Pizza Oven is a versatile kitchen appliance. For safe operation, always ensure the oven door is fully closed, as the unit will not operate otherwise. Place the appliance on a flat, heat-resistant surface with at least 4 inches of clearance on all sides. Always use oven mitts when handling hot accessories or the oven interior.
Getting to Know Your Oven
The unit features a touchscreen control panel with 10 preset menu options: Air Fry, Roast, Broil, Bake, Reheat, Keep Warm, Pizza, Bacon, Dehydrate, and Rotisserie. The digital display alternates between set temperature and remaining time. The oven includes an interior light that can be toggled on or off to monitor cooking progress.

Operating Instructions
To begin, plug the unit into a 120V AC outlet and press the red POWER button. Select your desired function button; the button and display will flash for 5 seconds before operation begins. You can adjust the time and temperature manually using the arrow buttons. The oven will pause automatically if the door is opened during cooking and resume once closed.
Rotisserie Assembly
To use the rotisserie function: 1. Secure meat on the rotisserie bar using butcher's twine. 2. Push the bar through the center of the meat. 3. Thread the meat tines onto the bar and tighten the finger screws to secure the food. 4. Insert the square end of the rotisserie bar into the slot on the left side of the oven interior and rest the other end in the metal notch on the right side. 5. Press the Rotisserie button to begin rotation.

Air Frying Tips
For best results, pat food dry before cooking to encourage browning and reduce smoke. When air frying, it is recommended to reduce the package's suggested conventional cook time by 20% to 30%. Always check food halfway through the cooking time and rotate racks or turn food if necessary. Do not overfill the crisping racks.
Care and Cleaning
Always unplug the unit and allow it to cool completely before cleaning. Clean the exterior with a damp cloth. The crisping racks, drip pan, and rotisserie accessories are dishwasher safe. Do not use metal scouring pads or abrasive oven cleaners, as these can damage the surfaces. To remove baked-on food, apply a small amount of cooking oil, let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes, and wipe clean with a soft cloth.
