Assembly

Mounting Protective Equipment: Disconnect the power plug. Place the protective guard (8) onto the holder until the coding cams align. Press and hold the unlocking lever (1) and rotate the guard until it clicks into place. Adjust the guard position to prevent sparking in the direction of the operator.

Mounting Abrasive Tools: Clean the grinding spindle (18) and all parts to be fitted. Lock the spindle using the spindle lock button (2). Secure the grinding/cutting disc with the clamping nut (15) or the SDS-clic quick-clamping nut (16).

Operation

Switching On/Off: To start, push the unlocking lever (5) to the rear and push the on/off switch (3) upwards. To switch off, release the switch.

Advanced Features: Certain models include kickback stop, restart protection, starting current limitation, and constant electronic control to maintain speed under load.

Working Advice

Rough Grinding: Use a 30° to 40° angle for best results. Move the tool back and forth with moderate pressure.

Cutting: Always use the protective guard for cutting (9). Work with moderate feed suited to the material. Do not apply pressure to the cutting disc or tilt the tool.
