This radio can be powered by mains (230/110V) or Bosch 18V Li-ion batteries. It features DAB+ (SC model only), FM, Bluetooth, and AUX audio sources. It also provides USB charging (2.1A) and AC power outlets for other tools.
Device Description
The radio includes a speaker, carrying handle, media compartment (Digital Media Bay) for AUX and USB, and a battery compartment. Controls include volume/menu knobs, source selection, and preset buttons.

Power Supply
Mains: Ensure the mains voltage matches the radio's type plate. Battery: Use only Bosch 18V GBA or ProCORE18V batteries. The radio features ECP (Electronic Cell Protection) to prevent deep discharge. Back-up batteries: Insert 2x 1.5V AA batteries in the designated compartment to save time and settings.

Audio Operation
On/Off: Press the On/Off button. Volume: Turn the Clock or Menu knob to adjust volume (0-30). Sound: Use the Equalizer button to select presets (Jazz, Rock, Pop, Classic) or Custom settings (treble/bass adjustment).


Audio Sources
DAB+ (SC model only): Select via Source button. Use Auto Scan or Manual Tune to find stations. FM: Select via Source button. Use Seek buttons to find stations. AUX: Connect external devices via 3.5mm AUX IN. Bluetooth: Press Bluetooth button or select via Source button to pair smartphones or other devices.
External Devices
USB Charging: Connect devices to the USB charging socket (max 2.1A). AC Outlets: Use the AC sockets to power other electrical tools (only when radio is connected to mains).
Maintenance
Keep the radio clean using a soft, damp cloth. Do not use detergents or solvents. If the power cord needs replacement, contact an authorized Bosch service center.
