The Bosch GRW 11 E Professional is a powerful stirrer mixer designed for mixing powdered building materials such as mortar, plaster, adhesives, as well as solvent-free paints, varnishes, and similar substances.

Product Description
The mixer features a two-speed gear selector, an auxiliary handle for secure operation, and an M14 thread for attaching various stirrer paddles. It is designed for two-handed operation to ensure stability and control.
Assembly
Auxiliary Handle: Always operate the machine with the auxiliary handle attached. You can rotate the handle to any position for a secure and low-fatigue working posture by loosening the bottom part, rotating it, and retightening.

Changing the Tool: To attach the stirrer paddle, screw it with the adapter onto the drive spindle. Hold the drive spindle in place with a 17 mm open-end spanner and tighten the adapter and paddle with a 24 mm spanner.
Operation
Starting Operation: Ensure the mains voltage matches the voltage specified on the machine's nameplate. 230V tools can also be operated at 220V.

Gear Selection: The gear selector can be actuated at standstill or while the machine is running, though not under full load.
- Gear I: Low speed range for paddles up to 200 mm diameter.
- Gear II: High speed range for paddles up to 140 mm diameter.
Switching On and Off: Press and hold the On/Off switch to start. To lock the switch in the 'on' position, push the lock-on button upward. To switch off, release the switch or, if locked, press the switch briefly and release.
Adjusting Speed: The speed can be adjusted variably by pressing the On/Off switch further or less.
Working Advice
Choose the stirrer paddle based on the material viscosity:
- Left-hand spiral: For low viscosity materials (dispersion paint, varnish, adhesives, cement grout).
- Right-hand spiral: For high viscosity materials (ready-mixed plaster, concrete, cement, screed, filler, epoxy resin).
Maintenance and Cleaning
Always pull the mains plug before working on the machine. Keep the machine and ventilation slots clean for safe operation. If the supply cord needs replacement, it must be done by Bosch or an authorized service agent to avoid safety hazards.
