Product Overview
The BRESSER Analyth STR is a high-quality stereo microscope designed for detailed observation. It features a binocular head, adjustable magnification, and versatile illumination options, making it suitable for various scientific and hobbyist applications.

Illumination Options
The microscope offers three distinct lighting modes: incident light (from above), transmitted light (from below), or both simultaneously. Brightness for both incident and transmitted light can be adjusted independently using the control knobs on the base. The device can be powered via the included power supply or by AA batteries, allowing for portable use.
Setup and Observation
Place the microscope on a stable, level surface. Secure your specimen on the stage using the provided object clamps. Magnification can be adjusted by rotating the objective holder (1x, 2x, or 4x). Always begin observation at the lowest magnification (1x) before increasing it.
Focusing and Dioptre Adjustment
To ensure a clear image, first set the dioptre scale on the left eyepiece to the middle position. Close your left eye and use the focus wheel to sharpen the image for your right eye. Then, close your right eye and adjust the left eyepiece using the dioptre ring until the image is sharp for your left eye. The binocular head can also be adjusted to match your specific interpupillary distance.
Maintenance
Keep the microscope clean and free of dust and moisture. Use a soft brush to remove dust and a lint-free cloth with a small amount of alcohol to clean optical surfaces. Always cover the microscope with the provided dust cover when not in use. The LED illumination has an estimated lifespan of approximately 20,000 hours.
