Common problems
Battery charger lamp blinks in orange
Unplug the charger, remove the battery, and reattach it. If the problem persists, contact a Canon Service Center.
Camera does not operate even when power is ON
Ensure the battery is installed correctly, the card slot/battery compartment cover is closed, and the battery is charged.
Focus indicator blinks and focus is not achieved
Aim the AF point at an area with good contrast or focus manually.
Error code displayed on LCD
Follow the instructions for the specific error code (e.g., reinsert card, clean lens contacts, or turn the camera off and on).
