The CLAS HU 1130BL is a 3L manual brake and clutch bleeder. Always use new brake fluid to avoid system contamination. Ensure the pressure is released via the side valve before disconnecting any hoses or adaptors.

Operating Instructions
Before starting, ensure no pressure remains inside the unit by using the release valve on the side of the pump. Remove the top cap and fill the unit with new brake fluid, ensuring no debris or old fluid remains in the tank.
Filling Procedure
- Select the appropriate adaptor for the vehicle's master cylinder.
- Install the adaptor onto the master cylinder.
- Pump the handle up and down until the recommended bleeding pressure is reached.
- Open the brake nipple and connect it to a bleeding container.
- Once new fluid appears in the container, close the nipple. Repeat this process for all four wheels.
- Ask a helper to pump the brake pedal while monitoring the fluid flow in the clear tube.
- Once finished, release the pressure using the side valve before disconnecting the supply hose.
- Top up the brake fluid in the reservoir if necessary and replace the cap.
Care and Maintenance
- After use, wipe the unit clean with a clean, dry cloth.
- Always release air pressure using the pressure relief valve.
- Empty the product tank when not in use.
