User Manual for CLAS OP 0083BL Air Reel

The CLAS OP 0083BL is an automatic air hose reel designed for home, garden, or car washing use. Important: This product is not suitable for transmitting drinking water or hot air. It should be installed approximately 1 meter above the ground.

Installation

The reel can be mounted horizontally or vertically on a cement pillar, wall, or steel structure.

1. Unpack the unit and accessories.
2. Choose a suitable location near the air/water source.
3. Use the metal mounting bracket as a template to mark the four screw positions on the wall.
4. Drill the holes and fix the bracket using the four 6x60mm screws.
5. Slide the reel onto the mounting bracket and secure it with the 1x6x12mm screw.

Operation

Connect the leader hose to your air source or faucet.

• Unwinding: Pull the hose out to the desired length. You will hear a "KAKA" sound; stop pulling to lock the hose at that length.
• Rewinding: Pull the hose slightly until the locking sound stops, then guide the hose back into the reel. Do not let it retract uncontrolled to avoid injury or damage.

Maintenance and Cleaning

The hose box is maintenance-free. Do not clean the interior with water. If the unit will not be used for an extended period, disconnect it from the source and store it in a cool, dry place. Always release pressure when not in use.

Troubleshooting

If the hose becomes locked during retraction or pulling, pull out more hose to release the mechanism, then try again.
