This document provides assembly and safety instructions for the CLAS 0701N engine support stand. The device is designed to hold engines up to 500kg and includes an integrated fluid recovery tank. Always ensure the stand is used on a hard, level surface and never exceed the maximum load capacity.

Safety

• Maximum load capacity is 500kg.
• Use only on a hard, level surface.
• Do not move the stand while loaded if the floor has cracks or obstacles that could impede wheel movement.
• Never work directly under a supported engine.
• Ensure both the load and the stand are stable before use.
• Perform periodic inspections to ensure safe operation.

Assembly

1. Assemble the 4 wheels onto the base frame.
2. Fix the vertical column onto the chassis using the provided hardware.
3. Insert the handwheel into the designated axis and secure it with the pin.
4. Install the 4 jaws onto the black rotating disk using the hexagon screws.
5. Place the oil collecting pan into the base frame.
