Quick Guide

The True Glow 2-in-1 Skincare System is a battery-operated device designed for scalp massage and body exfoliation. It is water-resistant and suitable for use in the shower, but it cannot be submerged in water. The device requires 2 AAA batteries (not included) to operate.

• Do not use while sleeping or drowsy.
• Do not use outdoors or where oxygen is being administered.
• Avoid contact with eyes.
• Do not place or store where the unit can fall into a tub or sink.
• Do not place in or drop into water or other liquids.

Product Overview

The system includes the main unit with an ON/OFF button, a battery compartment, and detachable attachments including a silicone facial brush and a scalp massager/comb.

Operating Instructions

Battery Installation

1. Remove the battery cover from the unit.
2. Install 2 AAA batteries (not included) according to the polarity markings inside the compartment.
3. Slide the battery cover back onto the unit until it is firmly closed.

Using the Device

1. Wet your face and neck and apply a sufficient amount of cleanser. Apply a small amount of cleanser to the silicone bristles.
2. Attach the desired comb or brush head if needed.
3. Press the ON/OFF button for 1 second to turn the unit on.
4. Cycle through the settings (LOW, MED, HIGH) by pressing the button.
5. Move the brush in a slow, circular motion around your face or scalp. Do not press hard against the skin.
6. To turn off, press and hold the ON/OFF button for 1 second.

Maintenance and Cleaning

• After each use, rinse the silicone bristles and wipe the device with a damp cloth to remove oils or lotions.
• Clean the unit thoroughly each week with warm, soapy water.
• Remove the scalp massager comb once a week and clean with warm, soapy water. Allow silicone bristles to air-dry.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners.
• Do not put the unit in the dishwasher.

Troubleshooting

If the brush is not working, ensure the contacts in the unit are clean and that the batteries are installed properly. If the brush operates at a slow speed, replace the batteries.
