The Concept RK 232x is an electric kettle designed for household use. Before using the appliance for the first time, it is recommended to boil the maximum volume of water at least 3 times and discard it to ensure the kettle is ready for operation. Always use the kettle with the supplied base.
Important Safety Precautions
- Do not use the appliance without water. If an empty kettle is turned on, the safety fuse will deactivate it automatically.
- Do not immerse the supply cable, plug, or the appliance in water or other liquids.
- Always hold the kettle by the handle, as the vessel can be hot.
- Pour hot water slowly to avoid scalding.
- Do not open the lid during heating or immediately after.
- The appliance is not intended for outdoor or commercial use.

Operating Instructions
- Remove the kettle from the base, press the lid opening button, and fill with cold water up to the maximum level.
- Ensure the lid is properly closed.
- Place the kettle on the base and connect to the mains.
- Turn the kettle on using the switch. The indicator light will signal operation.
- The kettle will turn off automatically once the boiling point is reached.
- To reheat water, wait approximately 30 seconds before reactivating the switch.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Always disconnect the power supply cable before cleaning and ensure the appliance has cooled down. Use only a wet cloth for cleaning; do not use detergents or hard objects.

Limescale removal
Regularly remove limescale deposits (approximately once a week, depending on water hardness) to maintain efficiency and service life:
- Pour 0.5 litre of vinegar into the kettle and top up with water.
- Leave the solution in the kettle overnight. Do not boil.
- Pour out the contents, clean remaining sediment with a wet cloth, fill with clean water, boil, and discard. Repeat once more.
