The Conrad FPPS 24-24W is a power supply designed for low-voltage devices. To operate the device safely, always connect the DC plug to your consumer device first, and then plug the power pack into a standard wall socket. To disconnect, perform these steps in reverse order.

Intended use

This product is intended for indoor use only as a voltage supply for low-voltage devices with matching DC jacks. It is designed for connection to standard household mains voltage (100 - 240 V/AC, 50/60 Hz). The device includes protection against short circuits and overload.

Safety instructions

• Indoor use only: Do not use the device outdoors. Avoid contact with moisture, such as in bathrooms.
• Ventilation: The device generates heat during operation. Ensure adequate ventilation and do not cover the housing.
• Handling: Do not modify or rebuild the product. Handle with care; impacts or falls can damage the device.
• Environment: Do not operate in unfavorable conditions such as high humidity, dust, flammable gases, vapors, or solvents.
• Temperature: Allow the device to reach room temperature before switching it on if it has been moved from a cold to a warm environment to prevent condensation damage.
• Connection: Ensure the consumer device is switched off before connecting it to the power pack.

Operation

Periodically check the technical safety of the device, such as checking for damage to the housing. Always route cables so that they do not pose a tripping hazard. The polarity is fixed (inside plus, outside minus) and cannot be altered.

Troubleshooting

If the power indicator LED is not lit, check the following:

• No mains voltage: Check the circuit breaker of the power outlet and ensure the plug is properly connected.
• Overload: The power pack may be overloaded. Disconnect the consumer device and check the technical specifications to ensure compatibility.

Care and cleaning

Disconnect the product from the mains before cleaning. Use a dry, fiber-free cloth. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, alcohol, or other chemical solutions, as these can damage the housing.

The device operates on an input voltage of 100 - 240 V/AC (50/60 Hz). It provides an output of 24.0 V/DC at 1.0 A (24.0 W). The cable length is 1.8 m, and the plug diameter is 5.5 mm (outer) / 2.1 mm (inner).
