Quick guide from the manual

This air fryer is designed for household use only. Before first use, remove all packaging, wash the basket, divider, and crisper plates, and perform a test run to remove any manufacturing residues. Ensure there is 13 cm (5 inches) of space behind and above the unit for proper ventilation.

Getting to know your air fryer

The air fryer features a control panel with various cooking functions, including ZONE 1, ZONE 2, SYNC, GRANDZONE, and MATCH. The display provides information on cooking status, temperature, and time.

Before first use

Setting Up: Place the air fryer on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface. Wash the basket, divider, and crisper plates in a dishwasher or with a non-abrasive sponge. Wipe the interior and exterior with a moist cloth and dry with a towel. Firmly insert the crisper plates and divider into the basket, then place the basket inside the air fryer.

Test Run: Ensure the baskets are empty and plug in the air fryer. Tap the power button, select GRANDZONE, set the time to 10 minutes, and tap start. Once finished, let the basket cool for 10–30 minutes.

Using your smart air fryer

You can use the VeSync app to monitor cooking, follow in-app recipes, and access additional features. The air fryer offers several cooking modes:

  • Cooking in the Grandzone: Uses the full capacity for large quantities.
  • Cooking in a Single Zone: Uses one zone for smaller portions.
  • Cooking in Dual Zones: Allows you to prepare different foods in two zones simultaneously.
  • Sync Cooking: Programs both zones to finish at the same time.
  • Match Cooking: Mirrors settings across both zones.

Care and maintenance

Always clean the basket and crisper plates after every use. The basket and crisper plates are dishwasher-safe. For stubborn grease, mix 30g of baking soda with 15ml of water to form a paste, apply to the basket and plates, let sit for 15 minutes, and scrub. Clean the interior with a slightly moist, non-abrasive sponge or cloth. Do not immerse the housing in water.

Troubleshooting

If the air fryer does not turn on, ensure it is plugged in and the basket is securely inserted. If food is not completely cooked, use smaller batches or increase the temperature/time. If white smoke appears, it is normal for first-time use or when cooking greasy foods. If dark smoke appears, immediately unplug the unit as food may be burning or there is a circuit problem.
