Safety Precautions

• Always place the appliance on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface.

• Do not immerse the housing, which contains electrical components, in water.
• Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children under 8 years old.

Parts Description

The unit includes a divider, rack, air fryer basket, and a viewing window. The control panel allows for individual zone selection (Zone 1 and Zone 2), temperature and time adjustments, and various preset menu functions.

Preparation for Use

• Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels (except the rating label).
• Clean the frying tray with hot water, mild soap, and a non-abrasive sponge.
• Wipe the interior and exterior with a moist cloth.
• Place the crisper rack into the frying tray properly.

Operating Instructions

Power and Menu Selection

Plug in the unit and press the power button to enter standby mode. Select the desired basket (Zone 1 or Zone 2) and then choose a cooking function. You can adjust time and temperature freely using the +/- toggles.

Smart Features

• Smart Finish: Allows you to cook two different menus in the two zones so they finish at the same time. The fryer automatically starts the zone with the longer cooking time first.
• Match Cook: Use this when cooking the same food in both baskets. It applies the settings of one zone to the other automatically.
• Auto Reminder: The fryer will beep 5 times and the display will flash "000" halfway through the cooking process to remind you to shake or turn the food.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Clean the appliance after every use. The pan and basket have a non-stick coating; do not use metal utensils or abrasive cleaners. Accessories are dishwasher safe, but hand washing with a soft sponge is recommended. If food is stuck, soak the basket and pan in hot soapy water for 10 minutes.

Troubleshooting

If the air fryer does not work, ensure it is plugged in and the timer is set. If food is not fully cooked, reduce the batch size or increase the temperature/time. For white smoke, ensure the pan is clean and free of greasy residues from previous use.
