  • Wash the baskets, crisper plates, and roasting rack thoroughly.
  • Wipe the interior and exterior with a moist cloth.

Cooking Functions

The air fryer offers several cooking functions: Air Fry, Roast, Grill, Bake, Reheat, Dry (Dehydrate), and Proof. You can customize time and temperature using the arrow buttons.

Advanced Cooking Features

  • Match: Mirrors settings across both baskets so they cook with the same time and temperature.
  • Sync: Synchronizes both baskets to finish cooking at the same time, even if they have different settings.
  • 3-Layer Cooking: Use the roasting rack in the Zone 2 basket to create two cooking layers for extra-crispy results.

Care & Maintenance

Always turn off and unplug the air fryer before cleaning. Allow it to cool completely.

  • Baskets and Crisper Plates: These are dishwasher-safe. You can also wash them with hot, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge.
  • Stubborn Grease: Mix 30g of baking soda and 15ml of water to form a paste. Apply to the basket/plate, let sit for 15 minutes, then scrub and rinse.
  • Interior: Wipe with a slightly moist, non-abrasive sponge. Do not immerse the housing in water.
