The COSORI Turbo Tower™ Pro 10.8-Litre Air Fryer is designed for versatile cooking with two independent zones. Before first use, ensure all packaging is removed, wash the baskets and plates, and perform a test run at 195°C for 10 minutes to eliminate manufacturing residues. Always maintain at least 13 cm of clearance behind the unit for proper ventilation.
Getting to know your air fryer
The unit features two baskets: Zone 1 (4.3 L) and Zone 2 (6.5 L). The control panel allows for independent or synchronized cooking. The unit includes a roasting rack for 3-layer cooking in Zone 2.

Cooking functions
The air fryer offers several pre-programmed functions:

- AIR FRY: High heat and airflow for crispy results.
- ROAST: Ideal for meats and poultry.
- GRILL: For thin cuts of meat, fish, and vegetables.
- BAKE: For cakes, muffins, and pastries.
- REHEAT: Gently warms leftovers.
- DRY (Dehydrate): Low temperature for fruit or vegetable chips.
- PROOF: Low temperature for dough and yogurt.
Cooking modes
You can cook with one basket or both. Use MATCH to mirror settings across both zones for large quantities. Use SYNC to ensure both baskets finish cooking at the same time, even if they have different settings. For 3-layer cooking, use the roasting rack in the Zone 2 basket.
Care and maintenance
Always clean baskets and crisper plates after every use. They are dishwasher-safe, or can be washed with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. For stubborn grease, create a paste using 30 g of baking soda and 15 mL of water, apply with a sponge, let sit for 15 minutes, and rinse. Ensure heating coils are completely dry before the next use.

Troubleshooting
If the unit makes a clicking noise, this is normal operation. If white smoke appears, it is often due to grease; ensure the unit is clean. If dark smoke appears, unplug the unit immediately as food may be burning. Error codes E01-E30 indicate specific sensor or motor issues; please contact Customer Support if these persist after cooling and restarting.
