New Variants of the Oil-Free Check Valve (OFC)
Danfoss has expanded the OFC portfolio for Turbocor compressors (TT, TTH, TG, TGH models). Key updates include:
- Dual side staging port design: Allows flexible installation with TTH, TGH, TT, and TG compressors.
- Compact version: Designed for compact system integration with unchanged flow path performance.
- Technical changes: Upgraded temperature range (-40°C to 100°C) and updated UL certification to 'Recognized UL' for R1234ze(E) and other refrigerants.
- Identification: A data matrix has been added to the product label for production tracking.
M12 Cables with Twisted Wires
New M12 cable variants (034G7119 and 034G7120) are available. These cables feature paired, twisted wires to reduce signal interference and improve protection against lost steps.
Alsmart Universal Controller Platform
New variants AS-CX06 Lite and AS-XP05 have been released. These controllers are programmable via Alsmart Design 1.06.0008 and feature CE/UL certification.
PSH019 - 023 – 026 Multi Release
New scroll compressor models are available as of March 2025. Updates include an extended minimum condensing temperature (10°C) and updated charge limits.
Intelligent Purging System (IPS 8)
The IPS 8 now supports R290 (Propane) refrigerant. New accessories include an extension module (totaling 16 purge points) and a Bubbler-kit.
AK-SM 800A Series Software Release 4.2
Software package 4.2 includes security updates and new features. Important: Install Danux 4.14.014.194 before updating the application. The update process involves a backup, OS update via Storeview, and firmware installation.
Phase Out of Spare Parts
Certain outdated spare parts for industrial refrigeration systems are being phased out immediately. Users are encouraged to use the Coolselector 2 tool or the Danfoss Product Store to identify modern replacements.

Common problems
System Manager update failure or IP address change
Perform the update locally if using DHCP, as IP addresses may change after rebooting.
Interference in signal transmission
Use M12 cables with paired, twisted wires to reduce mutual influence and external interference.
Outdated spare parts availability
Last-buy options are not available for phased-out parts; use Coolselector 2 or the Danfoss Product Store to find current replacements.
Before use
- Perform a full unit backup before any software update.
- Check for open alarms before proceeding with system updates.
- Ensure Danux 4.14.014.194 is installed before applying AK-SM 800A Package 4.2.
- Verify the correct compressor model (TT, TTH, TG, TGH) before selecting OFC valve variants.
- Confirm the required cable length and connector type (Angleway vs Straightway) before ordering M12 cables.
