Safety Information

Remote Control Operation
The remote control allows you to select modes (AUTO, COOL, DRY, FAN, HEAT), adjust temperature, set fan speeds, and control airflow direction. Special functions include:
- Turbo: Maximum airflow for rapid cooling or heating.
- Mute: Operates at the quietest setting.
- Sleep: Automatic program suitable for nighttime.
- I FEEL: Uses the remote as a portable thermostat.
- Anti-Mildew: Dries the indoor unit after cooling or dry mode.
- 8°C Heating: Maintains a minimum temperature to prevent freezing.
Wi-Fi and App Connection
Download the DELLA+ app to control your unit remotely. The unit requires a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Follow the in-app instructions to add your device by selecting the appliance type and entering your network credentials.
Care and Maintenance
- Cleaning the unit: Use a soft dry or damp cloth with neutral detergent. Never flush with water.
- Cleaning the air filter: Open the front panel, remove the filter, wash with soapy water, air dry, and reinstall. Clean every 3 months.
Troubleshooting
If the unit is non-operational, check for power failure, tripped fuses, or if the unit is in timer mode. If an error code appears (e.g., E1, E4, E9), contact a professional HVAC technician for assistance.

Common problems
Appliance is non-operational
Check for power failure, loose connections, tripped internal protection, or if the unit is in ON-TIMER mode.
Insufficient airflow
Check for obstructed intakes/outlets, dirty air filters, or ensure the fan speed is not set to minimum.
Remote control not responding
Ensure the remote is within range, batteries are fresh, and there are no obstacles between the remote and the unit.
Strange noise
Thermal expansion of the front panel due to temperature changes is normal and does not indicate a problem.
Before use
- Ensure a working 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network is available.
- Check that the air filter is installed.
- Verify the power supply matches the unit specifications.
- Ensure the area around the air inlet and outlet is clear of obstacles.
- Install fresh AAA batteries in the remote control.
