Quick guide from the manual
This manual provides essential instructions for the safe installation and operation of the Della 048-OPAC-5 and 048-OPAC-6 portable air conditioners. Always ensure the unit is placed on flat ground, at least 50 cm (19.7 inches) away from walls or obstacles, and plugged directly into a grounded wall outlet. Do not use extension cords or power strips.
Installation Guide
Proper installation is critical for cooling efficiency. Connect the exhaust hose to the unit and the window kit adapter. Extend the window slider kit to fit your window and secure it with screws. Use the provided foam seals to ensure a tight fit between the window sash and frame. Keep the exhaust hose as short and straight as possible to maintain performance.

Operation Instructions
The unit features multiple modes including Cool, Dry, and Fan. Use the control panel or remote to adjust settings. The temperature can be set between 16°C - 32°C (61°F - 90°F). The unit includes a timer function for automatic start/stop and a child lock feature to prevent accidental changes.
Water Drainage
When the internal tank is full, the display will show an FL error code. Move the unit to a drain location, remove the bottom drain plug, and drain the water. For continuous drainage during dry mode, remove the upper drain plug and attach a drain hose.
Care and Maintenance
Regularly clean the air filters with a vacuum or mild detergent and warm water. Ensure filters are completely dry before reinstalling. Before storing the unit for an extended period, drain all water, clean the filters, and ensure the evaporator is dry by running the unit in low-speed fan mode.
Troubleshooting
If the unit is non-operational, check for power failure, a tripped breaker, or a full water tank. If cooling capacity is reduced, check for vent obstructions, dirty filters, or open windows/doors. Error codes include E0 (PCB communication fault), E1 (ambient sensor failure), E2 (coil sensor failure), and Ft (full water tank).
