Safety instructions
- Explosion hazard: Never open the absorption unit; it is under high pressure. Use only the pressure specified on the type plate.
- Fire hazard: Do not use open flames to check for leaks. Use only propane or butane gas. Ensure silicone seals are applied cleanly without residue.
- Health hazard: If the appliance is damaged, do not operate it. Repairs must be performed by qualified personnel.
- Electrical safety: Ensure the power cable and plug are dry before operation.
Installation preparation
The refrigerator must be installed to allow for easy service access and removal. It must be installed with a minimum clearance of 5 mm from the floor to ensure the door opens correctly. The refrigerator must rest completely on the furniture base up to the front edge of the door.
Airtight installation

Gas connection
The refrigerator must be connected to the gas supply by a qualified specialist in accordance with applicable regulations. A shut-off device must be easily accessible. Use a metal-sealed screw connection. A leak test and flame test must be performed after installation.
Electrical connection
Electrical installation must be performed by a specialist. The refrigerator has a CI-bus interface for control via a compatible vehicle display. Ensure the positive and negative supply lines for the electronics and heating element are not combined into a single wire to prevent electrical interference.
