Operation and use




- Preparation: Unscrew the pump handle in an anticlockwise direction.
- Filling: Fill the container with the desired liquid up to the 'Max' fill line. Do not exceed the working capacity.
- Sealing: Screw the pump handle back down in a clockwise direction.
- Pressurizing: Pump the sprayer approximately 30 times.
- Safety Valve: The safety valve will leak if air pressure is too high. Do not overfill with air or liquid.
- Spraying: Depress the trigger on the nozzle handle to spray.
- Continuous Spray: To spray continuously, slide the trigger forward into the lock position after depressing. Slide the trigger back to unlock.
- Adjustment: Use the nozzle control to adjust the spray pattern from mist to jet.
- Post-Use: Always release pressure when the task is complete. Empty and rinse the bottle with clean water.
Maintenance
- After use: Rinse the container and operate the pump with clean water to completely empty the container and piston.
- Annual maintenance: At least once a year, clean the pump thoroughly and re-grease or lubricate all moving parts.
- Assembly: When assembling and servicing, carefully insert the pump piston without forcing to avoid damaging the gasket.
