Safety warnings

• Pressure: Never open the pump while the container is under pressure.
• Environment: Do not leave the sprayer exposed to heat sources or intense cold.
• Usage Restrictions: Do not use for spraying food products (wine, milk, etc.). Do not spray toxic or harmful liquids on persons, animals, or foodstuffs.
• Protection: Always use suitable protective equipment during operation.
• Chemicals: Always ask the dealer for the safety card of the chemical product being used and follow disposal regulations for residual liquid.

Operation and use

1. Preparation: Unscrew the pump handle in an anticlockwise direction.
2. Filling: Fill the container with the desired liquid up to the 'Max' fill line. Do not exceed the working capacity.
3. Sealing: Screw the pump handle back down in a clockwise direction.
4. Pressurizing: Pump the sprayer approximately 30 times.
5. Safety Valve: The safety valve will leak if air pressure is too high. Do not overfill with air or liquid.
6. Spraying: Depress the trigger on the nozzle handle to spray.
7. Continuous Spray: To spray continuously, slide the trigger forward into the lock position after depressing. Slide the trigger back to unlock.
8. Adjustment: Use the nozzle control to adjust the spray pattern from mist to jet.
9. Post-Use: Always release pressure when the task is complete. Empty and rinse the bottle with clean water.

Maintenance

• After use: Rinse the container and operate the pump with clean water to completely empty the container and piston.
• Annual maintenance: At least once a year, clean the pump thoroughly and re-grease or lubricate all moving parts.
• Assembly: When assembling and servicing, carefully insert the pump piston without forcing to avoid damaging the gasket.
