Key Changes and Feature Removals

The 1.20 firmware update introduces several modifications to the camera's wireless and connectivity settings. Please note the following adjustments:

• Wireless communication options have been removed from the Still Photography, Movie, and Playback menus.
• The instax printer printing function has been removed from the Playback menu.
• The instax printer connection setting has been removed from the Network/USB setting menu.
• Wireless communication functionality has been removed from the Function (Fn) button settings and the Fn1 button configuration.
• Support for Fujifilm instax SHARE SP-1, SP-2, and SP-3 printers has been discontinued.

Additionally, performing a firmware update will reset the Connection Mode in the Network/USB setting menu to General. Users must reconfigure this setting based on the external devices they intend to connect to the camera.

Connecting to a Smartphone

The procedure for pairing the camera with a smartphone has been updated to improve the connection process via Bluetooth. To pair your device, follow these steps:

• Navigate to the Bluetooth menu and select Pairing.
• Launch the dedicated application on your smartphone to initiate the pairing process.
• Confirm that the code displayed on the camera screen matches the code on your smartphone.

Once the pairing is successful, a smartphone icon and a white Bluetooth icon will appear on the camera display. After the initial setup, the smartphone will automatically connect to the camera whenever the application is launched. To conserve battery life, it is recommended to disable Bluetooth when the camera is not actively connected to a smartphone.
