This 12V electric pump is designed for extracting engine oil, diesel, and biodiesel. The most critical operational limit is the 30-minute maximum run time to prevent overheating and pump failure. Always ensure the pump is used only with compatible fluids to avoid fire hazards.
Compatible and non-compatible fluids
Using the pump with incorrect fluids can cause damage or create dangerous conditions.
- Compatible: Diesel, Biodiesel, Engine Oil, Kerosene.
- Not Compatible: Gasoline, Petrol, Water, or other highly flammable liquids. Using the pump with these substances poses a severe fire hazard.
Operating instructions
The pump is powered by a 12V DC source, typically a vehicle battery. Ensure the pump is connected correctly to the battery terminals (red to positive, black to negative).
- Insert the intake tube into the oil dipstick hole of the engine.
- Ensure the outlet tube is directed into a suitable waste oil container.
- Connect the pump clips to the 12V battery.
- Operate the pump for no longer than 30 minutes.
- Disconnect the pump once the extraction is complete.
Safety warnings
Do not exceed the 30-minute continuous operation limit. The pump is not designed for water or gasoline. Ensure all connections are secure before starting the pump to prevent leaks.

Pump stops working or loses power
Check if the 30-minute run time limit has been exceeded. Allow the motor to cool down completely before attempting to use it again.

Never use the pump for gasoline, petrol, or water. Only use with approved fluids like diesel or engine oil.
