Quick guide from the manual
The Hendi 274101 Chocolate Fountain is designed for heating chocolate for household and similar applications. Before first use, ensure the device is clean and placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

Assembly
Ensure the device is disconnected from power. Place the auger on the base unit's triangular axle. Place the pipe holder on the bottom of the fountain pipe. Position the fountain pipe over the auger and align the three holes of the pipe holder with the pins on the base unit.
Operating instructions
Turn on the heating element to preheat the fountain for 3-5 minutes. Prepare 1000-1500g of chocolate by melting it in a heat-resistant bowl over warm water. Do not add water to the chocolate. Once melted, turn on the motor and pour the chocolate into the basin. Use only cooled, dry fruit or snacks.
Cleaning and maintenance
Always disconnect from power and let the device cool down before cleaning. Do not use water jets or steam cleaners. No parts are dishwasher safe. Clean the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap. Regularly remove food residues to maintain the device's lifespan.
Troubleshooting
If the chocolate flow is uneven, check if the device is level, add more melted chocolate, or remove any food blockages. If air bubbles disrupt the flow, turn off the motor and wait for them to escape.
