Quick Guide

The Hitachi DH 20DV is a 24V cordless hammer drill designed for drilling in concrete, steel, and wood. It features variable speed control and two main operation modes: Rotation + Striking and Rotation only. Always charge the battery fully before first use and ensure the battery is inserted correctly into the charger.

Battery and Charging

To remove the battery, turn the unit upside down, pull the slide lever, and pull the battery out. To install, insert the battery until it clicks. When charging, connect the charger to a power outlet and insert the battery. The pilot lamp indicates the status: red blinking means charging, red solid means charging, and green solid indicates the battery temperature is too high for charging.
