Product Overview
The unit includes the following components:

- Housing and 360-degree swivel base
- 12mm Hybrid Flex Hose with ball stopper
- 7-function spray gun
- Tap-to-reel hose with connectors
- Ground spikes (for lawn installation)
- Hexagonal coach bolts and plugs (for concrete installation)
Installation
The hose reel can be installed on lawn/ground or bolted to a concrete floor.

Lawn/Ground Installation
- Ensure the tap-to-reel hose can reach your tap (maximum 2m distance).
- Place the unit on a flat area.
- Insert the ground spikes one at a time using a rubber mallet. Avoid hammering into hard ground to prevent bending the spikes.
- Secure the unit and connect the tap-to-reel hose.
Concrete Floor Installation
- Check the tap-to-reel hose reach (maximum 2m).
- Mark the 4 holes in the desired position.
- Drill the holes using a 10.0mm masonry drill bit.
- Hammer the plugs into the holes.
- Place the unit over the plugs and secure using the hexagonal coach bolts.
- Connect the tap-to-reel hose.
Operation and Care
Extending the hose: Pull the hose to the desired length; it will lock automatically. If it gets caught on the housing, stop pulling and unhook the ball stopper.

Retracting the hose: Turn off the tap and press the spray gun lever to release pressure. Give the hose a short tug to unlock it, then guide it slowly back into the housing.
Troubleshooting
If the hose is fully extended and will not retract, the retraction wheel may be stuck. Grip the hose close to the guide hole and pull gently. This movement should unlock the wheel, allowing you to slowly guide the hose back into the unit.
Specifications and Warranty
The unit features a 3,000kPa burst pressure and a minimum working temperature of 3°C. Holman offers a 2-year replacement guarantee on the housing and an 8-year replacement guarantee on the hose for domestic use. For support, contact 1300 716 188 or email [email protected].
