User Servicing Instructions

Replacing the Fuse
- Grasp the plug and remove it from the receptacle or other outlet device. Do not unplug by pulling on the cord.
- Open the fuse cover by sliding the access cover on top of the attachment plug towards the blades.
- Carefully remove the fuse.
- Replace the fuse only with a 3 Amp, 125 Volt fuse (provided with the product).
- Close the fuse cover by sliding it back into place.
Replacing a Lamp
- Grasp the plug and remove it from the receptacle.
- Remove the cover as shown in the diagram.
- Pull out the burnt-out lamp and the plastic base straight out of the lampholder.
- Insert the spare lamp into the lampholder in the correct direction.
- Lock the cover back onto the lampholder.
Caution: Do not exchange the lamp base with the old one, as the LED wires may break. Pull the lamp and plastic base straight out of the lampholder.
