The Home Accents Holiday Trumpeting Nutcracker is a decorative item designed for both indoor and outdoor use. Proper assembly requires two adults. Before starting, ensure you have all parts listed and a flat, level surface. The unit operates via a power adapter and features a control box for adjusting LED effects, sound, and animation.

Assembly Instructions

Base and Poles: Place the base on a flat surface. Insert the lower poles into the base. Ensure the quick-connect push buttons on the base face toward the back. Attach the boots and legs to the poles.

Body and Head: Assemble the body onto the poles. If you encounter difficulty, adjust the upper poles until they are properly aligned. For the head, it is advised to use a ladder. Insert the bottom of the head into the top of the body and rotate counterclockwise to lock it in place. Be careful not to pinch any wires during this step.

Arms and Horn: Attach the arms to the body. Push the horn pipe through the hands of the arms and secure it with screws. Slide the beard onto the horn pipe and connect the cables between the head and the horn pipe. Tuck excess cables into the mouth of the head.

Power Connection: Plug the adapter into the function control box located on the body. Ensure the cap on the adapter cable is rotated clockwise until firmly in place.

Operation Instructions

Plug the power adapter into a standard power outlet. Use the function control box on the body to adjust settings:

• LED Mode: Cycles through 4 LED effect settings on the Nutcracker Horn (Fade On/Off, Rotating Flash, Rapid Rotating Flash, and Rapid Flash).
• ON/OFF: Activates or deactivates the lights, sound, and LCD eye animation. The unit plays over 20 minutes of Christmas music before repeating.
• Try Me Mode: When the Try Me jack is plugged in and the unit is ON, it enters "Try Me Mode." This deactivates lights and sound until triggered by an external activation pad (not included).
• Volume Control: Use the dial to raise or lower the volume or turn it off.

Care and Storage

When not in use, store the product in its original packaging. Keep the unit away from heat and moisture. Always lay the product down before a storm or strong winds. Do not climb on, pull, or modify the product.
