This document provides instructions for the assembly and operation of the Pinery Large Wall Mantel electric fireplace. Before beginning, ensure all parts are present and the unit is placed on a level surface. The unit requires a 120V, 60Hz grounded outlet. Always install the included tip restraint hardware to prevent accidents. The fireplace is designed to support TVs up to 50 inches and weighing a maximum of 58 lbs.
Assembly
The assembly process takes approximately 50 minutes and requires a Phillips screwdriver. Follow these steps:
- Install front panels: Attach left and right front panels to the center panel using wooden dowels, washers, and long bolts.
- Install outer walls: Secure the outer walls to the front assembly.
- Install base and top: Attach the base and heater unit, then secure the top panel.
- Install fireplace components: Insert the glass front, fireplace grate, and fire log. Connect the USB cable from the heater to the port behind the grate.
- Install brick wall: Secure the fireplace brick wall using L-brackets and short screws.

Operating Instructions
The fireplace can be controlled via the control panel or the included remote control. Remove the plastic tab from the remote before first use.
- Power: Use the Power icon to turn the unit on or off. The unit has a memory function that retains settings.
- Flame: Adjust flame brightness (5 levels) and flame speed (5 levels).
- Heater: Adjust heater settings. The thermostat range is 65°F to 90°F (18°C to 43°C).
- Timer: Use the remote to set a sleep timer from 30 minutes to 9 hours.
- Heater Override: To prevent accidental activation, the heater can be disengaged by holding the Power icon for 20 seconds while the display flashes.
Care and Maintenance
Always turn off and unplug the unit before cleaning. Use a water-dampened soft cloth for the metal trim; do not use brass polish or household cleaners. The remote control uses a CR2025 lithium battery. If the remote stops working or range is reduced, replace the battery by sliding the compartment door open on the back of the remote.
Troubleshooting
If the unit displays error codes, follow these steps:
- E1: Overheat sensor engaged. Unplug for 15-20 minutes, then reset.
- E2: Thermostat sensor issue. Unplug for 15-20 minutes, then reset.
