The Husky 12-Volt Inflator is designed for inflating vehicle tires, bicycle tires, sports equipment, and air mattresses. For optimal performance, it is recommended to keep your vehicle engine running while using the inflator to maintain battery charge. Always ensure the power cord storage compartment door is open during operation to allow for proper cooling.

Operation - Inflating tires
- Place the inflator on a flat surface.
- Plug the 12-Volt power cord into your vehicle's DC power outlet.
- Connect the quick connect valve adapter to the tire valve by pushing the lever down until secure.
- Use the target PSI buttons (+ or -) to set your desired pressure. The display will flash the target, then show current pressure.
- Press the Start/Stop button to begin inflation. The unit will shut off automatically when the target pressure is reached.
- Once finished, lift the lever on the valve adapter to disconnect.
Operation - Inflating toys and air mattresses
- Select the appropriate accessory (mattress nozzle, sports needle, or Presta adapter).
- Insert the accessory into the quick connect valve adapter. Ensure it is flush with the end so airflow is not blocked.
- Follow the same connection and operation steps as used for tires.
Maintenance and fuse replacement
If the unit fails to start, check the fuse located in the 12-Volt power cord plug.
- Lift the cover on the plug to examine the fuse.
- If the metal link is broken or discolored, replace it with the included spare 15-Amp fuse or a standard ATO 15-Amp automotive fuse.
- Press the new fuse firmly into place and replace the cover.
Keep the inflator clean using a non-abrasive, slightly damp cloth. Ensure ventilation openings remain clear of obstructions.
Troubleshooting
- Unit will not start: Ensure the cord is securely plugged into a working 12-Volt DC outlet. Check if the fuse in the power cord plug is blown and replace if necessary.
