The Husky 120-Volt Inflator is designed for inflating car tires, bike tires, ATV tires, sports equipment, air mattresses, and beach toys. Important: Always allow the inflator to cool down for 15 minutes after every 5 minutes of continuous operation to prevent overheating. Ensure the power cord storage compartment door is open during use to allow for proper cooling.

Safety Precautions

• Do not leave the inflator unattended while in operation.
• Do not over-inflate items; always follow the manufacturer's pressure guidelines for the item being inflated.
• Always wear safety glasses when operating the inflator.
• Keep the inflator away from flammable areas and liquids.
• Do not operate in wet or damp areas.
• If the vehicle engine is running, ensure you are in a well-ventilated area (not a closed garage) to avoid asphyxiation.

Product Overview

The inflator includes a backlit digital pressure gauge, LED worklight, and various accessories for different valve types. The package includes the inflator, air hose, mattress nozzle, sports needle, and Presta valve adapter.

Operating the Inflator

1. Connecting: Place the inflator on a flat surface and plug the power cord into a polarized 120-Volt outlet.
2. Attaching: Connect the quick connect valve adapter to the tire valve by pushing the lever down until secure. For toys/mattresses, insert the appropriate accessory (nozzle, needle, or adapter) into the quick connect valve adapter first.
3. Setting Pressure: Use the target PSI increase (K) or decrease (E) buttons to set the desired pressure. The display will flash the target PSI, then show the current pressure.
4. Inflating: Press the Start/Stop button to begin. The unit will shut off automatically when the target PSI is reached.
5. Disconnecting: Lift the lever on the quick connect valve adapter to release it from the valve. Unplug the power cord and allow the unit to cool.

Maintenance and Care

• Clean the inflator with a non-abrasive, slightly damp cloth.
• Keep ventilation openings clear of rags or materials to ensure proper cooling.
• Wipe plastic parts with mild soap and warm water.
• Any internal servicing must be performed by an authorized service representative.

Troubleshooting

If the unit will not start, check the following:

• Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working 120-Volt AC outlet.
• Check if the circuit breaker has tripped and reset it if necessary.
