The Kidzone 360 Rotation Bumper Car is designed for children aged 18-72 months with a maximum weight capacity of 66 lb (30 kg). This vehicle features a 12V battery system, dual-speed settings, and remote control capabilities. Important: Adult supervision is required at all times. The product does not have brakes; do not use near roadways, swimming pools, or steep inclines.
Assembly Instructions
Assembly must be performed by an adult. Ensure all packaging materials are removed before starting.



- Backrest: Connect the electrical wire from the backrest to the main car body, then insert the backrest into the slot.
- Joysticks: Attach the joysticks to the car body using the provided M3.5 x 20 screws and slip the caps on top.
- Battery: The battery is disconnected for shipping. Remove the seat, connect the electrical wire from the car to the battery, and replace the seat.
Operation
The vehicle can be operated via the onboard joysticks or the included remote control.


- Joystick Control: Push/pull both sticks forward or backward to move. Use individual sticks to turn or spin the vehicle. Do not change direction until the vehicle comes to a complete stop.
- Control Panel: Use the power button to turn the vehicle on/off. The speed button toggles between high and low speeds. The control button switches between remote and joystick input.
- Remote Control: To pair, insert batteries, press the 'M' button for 2-4 seconds, then turn on the vehicle. The 'P' button acts as an emergency brake.
Charging
The battery requires 8-12 hours to charge. Do not charge for more than 20 hours to avoid damage. Ensure the vehicle is turned OFF during charging. The charger indicator turns red while charging and green when complete. Charge the battery at least once a month if the vehicle is not in use.

Care and Maintenance
- Regularly check for loose parts and re-tighten if necessary.
- Clean the vehicle with a cloth; do not use a hose or immerse in water.
- Store away from heat sources and wet weather.
- Use lightweight oil to lubricate moving parts occasionally.
Troubleshooting
If the vehicle does not move, check the battery connection or wait 10-15 seconds for the automatic fuse to reset. If the vehicle runs slowly, ensure the battery is fully charged and the user weight is within the 66 lb limit. For grinding sounds or persistent issues, contact customer service.
