Assembly Instructions
Assembly must be performed by an adult. Ensure all small parts are kept away from children during this process.





- Wheels: Turn the vehicle body upside down. Attach wheels to the front and rear axles using the provided washers, nuts, and wheel covers.
- Motor: Connect the motor to the white plug on the right side of the vehicle body. Install the motor onto the rear axle.
- Dashboard: Attach the dashboard onto the vehicle body.
- Steering: Insert the steering column through the vehicle body, ensuring the hook inserts into the front axle.
- Handlebar: Attach the handlebar to the top of the steering column and secure it with a nut and cover lid.
- Rear Bracket & Toolbox: Assemble the rear bracket to the back of the vehicle body and attach the toolbox on top.
- Seat & Battery: Open the seat, connect the red link wire to the battery, fit the seat tabs into the grooves, and secure with a screw.
Operation
The vehicle is controlled via the following components:
- Power Switch: Turns the vehicle ON or OFF.
- Forward / Reverse Switch: Flip upward for forward driving and downward for reversing. Caution: Do not change direction until the vehicle comes to a complete stop.
- Foot Pedal: Press to drive; release to slow down and stop.
- Multimedia Player: Includes a flash drive port, volume controls, and Bluetooth connectivity. To pair, press the mode button until you hear a cue, then select "Kidzone Ride-On" on your audio device.
Charging the Battery
The battery should only be charged by an adult.

- Connect the charger to the charging port at the rear of the vehicle.
- Plug the charger into a wall outlet.
- The indicator turns red while charging and green when fully charged.
- Charging Time: 8-12 hours. Do not exceed 20 hours.
- Charge the battery at least once every 3 months if not in use.
Care and Maintenance
- Regularly check for loose parts and re-tighten if necessary.
- Clean the vehicle with a cloth; do not use a hose or immerse in water.
- Store away from heat sources and wet weather.
- Dispose of old batteries properly at an approved lead-acid battery recycler.
Troubleshooting
If the vehicle does not move, check the battery connection, charge the battery, or check if the thermal fuse has tripped (wait 20 seconds to reset). If the vehicle runs slowly, ensure the user weight is under 44 lb (20 kg) and the battery is fully charged.
