This electric ride-on car is designed for children aged 37-72 months with a maximum weight capacity of 30 kg (66 lb). Assembly must be performed by an adult. Before first use, the battery must be charged for 8-12 hours. Always ensure the child wears a helmet and is supervised while using the product.

Assembly Instructions

The vehicle requires assembly of the following components:

• Rear Supports: Attach to the vehicle body using 4x12mm screws.
• Axles and Wheels: Insert the rear axle, attach motors (labeled L and R), and secure wheels with M10 washers and lock nuts. Attach the front axle and wheels similarly.
• Steering: Insert the steering column through the body and front axle, secure with a split pin, and attach the steering wheel with an M5x30 machine screw.
• Seat and Wiring: Connect the red and white electrical connectors (red to red, white to white). Secure the seat to the backrest and vehicle body.
• Bull Bar: Assemble the bull bar mounts and attach the bull bar to the front of the vehicle.

Operating Instructions

Vehicle Controls:

• Power Button: Turns the vehicle ON or OFF.
• Speed Switch: Selects between high and low speed.
• Forward/Reverse Switch: Controls the direction of travel.
• Foot Pedal: Press to move, release to slow and stop.
• Multimedia Player: Includes USB input for MP3 files, volume control, and horn button.

Remote Control:

• Requires 2 AAA 1.5V batteries (not included).
• Pairing: Press the connection button for 3 seconds until the indicator flashes, then turn on the vehicle. The indicator should turn solid once paired.
• Emergency Brake: Press the 'P' button to disable all running functions.

Charging the Battery

The battery should only be charged by an adult. Connect the charger to the charging port located under the seat and plug into a wall outlet. The vehicle must be OFF during charging. Do not charge for more than 20 hours to prevent overheating.

Care and Maintenance

• Check the product regularly for loose parts or cracked plastic.
• Clean with a cloth; do not use a hose or immerse in water.
• Store away from heat sources and wet weather.
• The battery features a thermal fuse that will automatically trip if the system is overloaded. If it trips, turn off the vehicle for 20 seconds to reset.

Troubleshooting

If the vehicle does not move, check the battery connections and ensure it is fully charged. If the vehicle runs slowly, verify the user's weight is under 30 kg and the battery is charged. If the vehicle needs a push, check for poor wire connections or a 'dead spot' on the motor.
