Operating Instructions




Battery Pack
- To Attach: Set the switch-lock button to the lock position. Align the battery pack with the tool grooves and slide it on until it snaps into place.
- To Detach: Set the switch-lock button to the lock position. Press the battery-release buttons and pull the pack forward.
Pivoting Shoe Adjustment
Adjust the shoe to control the effective stroke length and maximize blade life:
- Remove the battery pack.
- Pivot the shoe-release lever to the vertical position.
- Pull the shoe to the desired position.
- Return the lever to its original position to lock the shoe.
Blade Installation
- Remove the battery pack.
- Pivot the blade-release lever to open the blade clamp.
- Insert the blade as far as possible.
- Release the lever to lock the blade. Ensure it is securely attached.
Cutting Techniques
Always hold the tool firmly with both hands using the insulated gripping surfaces. Use the variable-speed trigger to control cutting speed.
