The Logitech UE TripleFi 15vm is a noise-isolating earphone set with an integrated microphone. This guide provides essential steps for fitting, connecting, and maintaining your device to ensure optimal sound quality and comfort.

Fitting the earphones

Proper fit is crucial for sound quality and noise isolation.

• Choose your cushion: Select an ear cushion size from extra small (XS) to large (L), or use the included Comply Foam Tips.
• Attach cushions: Push the ear cushion onto the port tube, ensuring it goes past the rib on the tube to hold it securely in place.
• Wearing: Wrap the cable around your ear. Insert the earpiece marked "R" into your right ear and "L" into your left ear. Never remove the earpiece by pulling on the cable.
• Adjust: Gently pull the cable tight to remove any slack.
• Garment clip: Use the included clip to attach the cable to your clothing to keep it in place.

Connecting to audio sources

The earphones are compatible with various devices using the 3.5 mm jack.

• Standard connection: Connect directly to the 3.5 mm headphone jack on most tablets and smartphones (e.g., iPad, iPhone, HTC).
• Smartphone adapter: Use the included adapter for specific Nokia, Samsung, and Sony Ericsson smartphones if you experience issues with bass, voice clarity, or background sound fading.
• Laptop Y-cable: Use this adapter for video chats on laptops. Connect the earphone cable to the headphone jack and the microphone cable to the microphone jack.
• Airplane attenuator: Attach this to reduce loud background noise during flights.
• 6.35 mm adapter: Use this adapter for devices with a 6.35 mm input jack.

Controls and cable management

• Call button: Press the call button to answer or end a call on mobile phones.
• Cable management: When not in use, unplug the cable. Thread it through the hole and friction lock on the holder, wrap it around, and secure it with the friction lock at the opposite end.

Cleaning and maintenance

• Cleaning: Remove the ear cushion and wipe with a clean cloth. Use the cleaning tool as needed to keep the port tube clear. Do not touch the acoustic filter at the back of the port tube.
• Storage: Wrap the cable around your fingers and place the earphones inside the protective case.
