The Maisto 21930RC is a remote-controlled speed boat designed for ages 8 and up. Important: Do not use this boat in salt water, as it may cause damage. The boat features a water sensor that automatically activates the motor only when the boat is placed in water.
Battery Installation
Ensure all batteries are installed with the correct polarity (+/-) as shown in the battery compartment.
Transmitter
Requires 2 x 1.5V AAA batteries. Use a screwdriver to loosen the screw on the battery cover to open the compartment.
Boat
Requires 4 x 1.5V AA batteries. Use a screwdriver to loosen the screw on the battery cover to open the compartment.
Operating the Boat
- Install fresh batteries in both the transmitter and the boat.
- Place the boat in the water. The boat will only operate when the water sensor is in contact with water.
- Turn on the transmitter.
- Use the controls on the transmitter to steer the boat.
- After use, remove the boat from the water and turn off the power switch on the controller.
- Remove the batteries from the boat and transmitter if the product will not be used for a long period.
