Assembly and Filling

  1. Unlock: Press the plunger release button located at the top and simultaneously pull the plunger outwards.
  2. Fill: Unscrew the ring on the cylinder. Fill the cylinder with dough, ensuring there are no air pockets.
  3. Select Disc: Choose one of the extrusion dies (cookie cutter discs) and insert it inside the ring.
  4. Secure: Firmly rescrew the ring onto the cylinder.

Extruding Cookies

  1. Hold the gun vertically and very close to the tray.
  2. Note: Do not butter or cover the tray with baking paper; the dough needs to stick to the tray to detach from the gun.
  3. Press the handle all the way down until you hear a click.
  4. Release the handle and shape the biscuit directly onto the tray. Repeat until the dough is used.

Piping and Decorating

  1. Use the piping nozzle holder to mount the desired piping nozzle.
  2. Fill the cylinder with royal icing, buttercream, whipped cream, or custard.
  3. Follow the extrusion steps or gently press down on the plunger to push the cream out for decorations.
