Quick guide from the manual

Before using your hot plate for the first time, you must condition the protective coating. Turn the hot plate on to the highest setting for 3-5 minutes. Ensure you use cooking utensils with a solid base for the most efficient operation.

Safety instructions

• Close supervision is required when the product is used by or near children.
• Do not operate the appliance if the cord or plug is damaged or if the product malfunctions.
• Do not immerse the product or cord in water or any liquid.
• Never operate the appliance in the immediate vicinity of water sources.
• Always switch off and unplug the appliance when not in use and before cleaning.
• Do not touch the surfaces or the hot plate while it is in operation.
• Do not leave the product unattended when switched on.
• Ensure the power supply matches the rating label on the appliance and that the socket is earthed.
• This product is for domestic use only.

Operating instructions

Turn the controls to the recommended position to achieve the desired temperature:

• 1: For simmering of delicate foods and thickening sauces.
• 2: Slow cooking.
• 3: For simmering large quantities.
• 4: Shallow frying of meal and pan dishes.
• 5: To bring all dishes to rapid heat.
• 6: To bring all dishes to a boil.

The indicator light will turn off when the hot plate reaches the selected temperature and will cycle on and off to maintain it.

Utensil requirements

• 1.5kW hot plate: Use utensils with a solid base, diameter of approx. 18-20cm, and a maximum capacity of 1.5L.
• 2.5kW hot plate: For the smaller plate, use utensils with a diameter of approx. 15-17cm.
• Do not use utensils with convex, concave, or uneven bottoms.

Maintenance and cleaning

Wait for the hot plate to cool down completely before cleaning. Clean the painted surface with a damp soft cloth and mild household cleaning powder. The circular hot plate can be cleaned with household cleaning powder.

Environmental protection

This product is subject to WEEE regulations. Do not dispose of it with general household waste. Take the product to a designated collection point for proper treatment, recovery, and recycling.
